Beyond the O.K. Corral

Renown american photographer David Levinthal chooses meticulously composed miniature dioramas as the subjects of his photos. We were asked by NSU Florida to design and launch an immersive exhibit for Miami Biennale 2021. What resulted was a photo-realistic life-sized diorama into which anyone can “walk into”. Patrons at home or at the Biennale were able to immerse themselves inside the diorama as if they were shrunk down to toy sized, wander around to pick up coins like a nintendo game, unlocking interviews with David where he shared thoughts about his art both past and future.
